G4S Technology, a global market leader in providing fully integrated building security solutions, is pleased to announce the Symmetry integration with the G4S Time Management Solution.
Developed by G4S in India, the Time Management Solution has been designed to deliver a time and attendance option to new or existing Symmetry Security Management System installations. The integration is made possible through the Symmetry XML module, a feature that has allowed G4S Technology to integrate with over 50 partners, to provide end to end building security solutions.
The Time Management Solution enables efficient personnel tracking and time management of employees. Through the tight integration with Symmetry, when a member of staff uses their Access Control card to enter a building, it records the time and date they arrive creating a simple attendance routine for staff. With the addition of the Time Management Solution to Symmetry, the system can automate who has arrived late or left early and flag up alarms as necessary. As the system monitors in real time, the on-line information displays who is both on site and off site, a critical feature for muster control.
In addition to monitoring activities by employee, department, division or even business unit, shifts for different employee groups are easily set up that can then be used to allocate different times or costs. The Time Management Solution also fully automates attendance for Payroll processing, streamlining the employee management process.
